Re: Question about Kimmie. Possible Spoiler
Kimmie's eyes were always blue. They never changed.
The Cat Lord...I dont' think I ever said, but usually a Cat Lord's eyes are yellow or green.

So will we ever learn who changed Kimmie? Is there some mystery behind it that will be revealed at the end of Demon's Bane?

pft.
My knowledge of archaic trivia FAR outstrips yours.
Well, let's think a moment why that might be...
(and since you're bummed, here's your one and only hint: count the years.)

Chapter 9 of Questing Game - states that Kimmie was turned about a hundred years ago. So I searching to see what else happened at the time.

Re: Question about Kimmie. Possible Spoiler
In "Honor and Blood" chapter 25, Kimmie's turning is listed as 20 years ago. In "Questing Game" chapter 9, "Weavespinner" chapter 1 and "Axe of the Dwarven King" chapter 6 it is over a thousand years since Mist taking Kimmie as bond-child. Care to resolve discrepancy, Fel?J-Man5 wrote:Chapter 9 of Questing Game - states that Kimmie was turned about a hundred years ago. So I searching to see what else happened at the time.
IIRC Laren has changed his behaviour about 20 years ago... was that what you meant by count the years, Fel, or something different?

Re: Question about Kimmie. Possible Spoiler
I would say that the reason Laren changed his attitude was that he turned Kimmie... at least my best guess...but I have to wonder, if that's the case, why did he do it?

Re: Question about Kimmie. Possible Spoiler
She was good looking as a human, and Larren wanted a roll in the hay. Remember what Tarrin told Jula, that she still had enough morals not to screw a guy for a night's pleasure and then have that turn him.Fiferguy wrote:I would say that the reason Laren changed his attitude was that he turned Kimmie... at least my best guess...but I have to wonder, if that's the case, why did he do it?

Re: Question about Kimmie. Possible Spoiler
I wonder if Lycantrophy is transmittable in all three forms (human, hybrid and animal), or only in at least part animal forms (hybrid and animal). Loren might have thought that Were condition isn't transferrable in pure human form...

Odd that, you'd think I'd not typo something I have written down in the spiral.
Kimmie was turned 120 years before the timeline of Honor and Blood.
I'll fix it.
And no speculations will be answered. State your reasonong and back it up with sound logic, and I'll tell you if you're right or wrong.
