I'm gonna try out this attachment deal, cause for some reason I can't connect to any chat server on NewNet.

I'll try again later today to get the chapter out. So if you guys who use IRC want it, try to show up between now (12:30pm Eastern) and a few hours from now.

As soon as I get this sent off I'll try IRC again.

Anyway, I'm sure that once I get the chapter to someone, it'll show up on one of the usual sites.

--EDIT: Nope, I time out trying to connect to any IRC server on NewNet. So we'll go with the attachment for now. I'm sure Lochar and Spec will update their sites when they get the file. Sorry IRC people.
