Hey Fel, and any others interested,

NASA is looking for some visionaries. The way your brain seems to work I thought you might want to check this out.

I especially like that part
Foreign entities at any level of participation are not eligible for funding from the NIAC. This includes proposals from domestic entities that include foreign entity participation.

no no, you mean if you happen to exclaim your ideas loudly in the forum and i happen to read and ignore it, then submit a similar sounding idea all based on my own ideas, then I accidentally misdeposit X% of the research grant because I put in the wrong account number.

And plus that money is a research grant for the purpose of furthering the ideas. But it'd be nice to see one of those rail rifles/guass cannons.
