I'm in the big time now!

Post by Fel »

Here's what I've been doing lately guys:

Say hello to my university's newest student in the College of Science.   8)

I've changed my major to physics, and got all the legwork done to finish my enrollment.  It's gonna be a tough major, but I LOVE physics, so I think I'm going to love it.

Congratulations!
Scientists dream it up.
Engineers make it work.

Grats, but you realize that means less writing time.

Oh NO!!!  Not that!   Any thing but that ....

Hey fel remember School cut's into your EQ play time.
Maybe you should drop out so you have more time to play or do other things and have less stress... ::) ::) ::)

I will be your light
A lifetime for this destiny
For I am Winter born
And in this moment..I will not run
It is my place to stand
We few shall carry hope
Within our bloodied hands
(bloodied hands)
And in our Dying, we're more alive-than we have ever been
I've lived for these few seconds
For I am Winter born

Fel

Glad you are pursuing something you enjoy. As I recall the former major was computer related? I encourage you to occasionally pursue a coed.

I majored in physics, too.  Thought it was cool for the first two years...then my enthusiasm waned.  I didn't want to change majors and risk a 5th year in school, so I just slogged through and passed by the skin of my teeth.

It's a beautiful science, but the math gets mindbogglingly difficult.

well, all i can say it's a good choice..
i also study physics, i'm on my last leg now, have to do some exams and choose my diploma thesis (it's gonna be computational fluid dynamics)

and yes, it's also the toughest subject at my university, but then, after you get used to the maths, you're going to love it...
and we will enjoy another great bunch of the wildest theories for use in subjugation... ;D ;D

so, thumbs up and enjoy it

All the best to you Fel, if you love Physics, go for it. I loved Chemistry and then was persuaded to go the EE/CSci route. I went for the filthy lucre and I'm now trapped doing amazingly stressful yet unfufilling code maintenance. Stick to your guns and come up with a way to be paid for what you love.

Fel,

Congrats I guess, but where does this leave your writing?  are you stopping for a bit, slowing down... continuing with subjugation, or switching to something else ?

As of right now, my plan is to finish sub12...if I could ever write more than 2 pages without trashing 3...yah, having that problem again.  :/

After I finish sub12, I'm going to begin Demon's Bane.  I fully intend to write through the summer, but ALL my leisure activities (writing, EQ, etc) will be cut back, because I'll have to study.  A LOT.

Yay!  Demon's Bane!!   ;)  I have to say though, that I still don't get tired of your writings.  But after 4 times through the entire Tarrin Series, you crave new stuff.   ;D
