Hey all...I've been reading Fel's stuff for awhile now and have recently finished "Axe of the Dwarven King". Does anyone know if "Demon's Bane" has even been written yet? Just wondering b/c the site I use:

http://sennadar.plebian.net/

It has the links for the story but none of them work, either it hasnt been working or it hasnt been written.  Was just wondering.

"Demon's Bane" hasn't been written yet. As it would be hard to write, Fel currently works on other stories ("Subjugation", maybe "Dragon's Star").

what do you mean it would be hard to write?

ive been away from the fel scene for a while and am just getting back.

i had finished axe and i look forward to the next one, but wondering what u mean that the third one is hard to write... does that mean he's not gonna write it?

All are done except Demon's bane, and what I think they meant by hard, is he has to write an outline of how he thinks the book will run, then see if theres any problems vs the other books, etc... then he can start writing it...

Is it that hard to see the phrase "Last Chapter - none" between the constructions signs?

Just one (naive) question: Why are the links to the chapters active and going nowhere instead of not being there at all?

Because we're all too lazy to go in and edit the HTML every time a chapter comes out - so there's just a whole bunch of chapter links there.

Yes, I'll eventually get my arse into gear and put some sort of CMS up, but that's going to take a little while... Heck, I still havn't finished the forum migration stuff yet.

Were you thinking of doing it in Mambo perhaps?

I am really enjoying putting a site together using Mambo. It is a great tool for site building.

Drop by http://mamboserver.com for a demo site where you can actually build and manage your own demo site or else http://mambosolutions.com for a great StandAlone Server running under Windows. This lets you build and play with a site then upload it all when you think it is ready.
Non-Windows users can run the site under localhost so long as they have Apache2, PHP 4+ and MySQL running.
