Anyone hear anything from Fel lately?

Post by Hearly »

Last time he posted was about changing his Major and then he seemed to vanish.. Wonder if he got caught up in EQ or something...

Sorta, yeah.

For the last few days, when I'm not studying calculus on my own time, I'm obsessed with getting a rare drop in EQ.  After I get it, I'll get back to normal.

And I mean OBSESSED.  I've camped this thing like 3 straight days, and I've died like 30 times.  This has become a crusade.

Writing wise, I slowed down on the new Sub chapter to complete my plot outline for Demon's Bane...I'm spending more time getting ready to write that than I am writing Sub.

So yeah, you haven't heard much of me lately, but don't worry, I'm working on the books.  I'm just doing that background stuff you guys never see.

Fel, If it's easier start demon's bane instead of Sub 12, as much as I'd love to see more Sub, I'd love also to see Demon's bane..

I kinda do also, it seems I guess more realistic, (always been a sci-fi fan more than fantasy) than the Tarrin Series..

Heck Fel probably could post Chapter 1 for Demon's bane now if he wanted it's normally a recap of the previous book...

Ummm... strange name for an item. Sharks have cartilaginous skeleton, not the bone one. So the spine should be fairly elastic (advantage: turnability, er agility), which is not good for a club.

Everquest never did make much sense.

Only thing is at last Note from Fel  he was almost done with the next chapter (# 12) of Sub

He had only just started  outlining the Universe for Demons bane ....he wasn't any where near ready to starting writing chapters for it yet.

I would think it will still be  a while till that happens

Seeing Sub 12  sounds like a much more realisting possibility at this time to me anyways.

And in the fury of this darkest hour
I will be your light
A lifetime for this destiny
For I am Winter born
And in this moment..I will not run
It is my place to stand
We few shall carry hope
Within our bloodied hands
(bloodied hands)
And in our Dying, we're more alive-than we have ever been
I've lived for these few seconds
For I am Winter born

Hurrah!  Sub12..  Can't wait to read it.   Hope Fel doesn't take too much longer.

Not sure about Demons Bane.  One one hand I'd like to read it, but on the other, I'm kinda hoping for a completion on fel's subjugation storyline.

*maybe* fel could work on both, at a comfortable pace for him, releasing sub chapters as necessary, until it's finished... Meanwhile, behind the scenes, he could collect up 5 or 6 chapters of Demons Bane rather than releasing them immediately.

Being ahead on the writing of DB could allow DB chapters to be posted, say, monthly, without being affected too much by day-to-day workloads or fel having a mental block on the next chapter.
