I hope to have chapter 7 done sometime late tomorrow my time.

Blame Warcraft. New expansion, I resubbed to check it out.

So far, it's not bad. Not great, but not bad. I may last two or three months before I unsub out of boredom, but I do like the fact that it feels like I can log on for just an hour or so and feel like I accomplished something when I log off.

But oh God, the gating. It's as bad as vanilla was, with everything gated behind reps which are gated behind time which are gated behind more time, and with a master rep that gates everything else that you have to raise before you can even START working on that other stuff. And the RNG...they need to get the Diablo devs off the WoW team. It's RNG on top of RNG with RNG and a side dish of RNG served over RNG.

That is BAD GAME DESIGN IN AN MMO. Things should be gated, not utterly reliant on RNG.

Any chance Warcraft shaman or Druid magic will be used by the Parri Parri shamans?

Sorry guys, not done yet. I had to do sone edits to fix a goof and I added a scene I was planning for the next chapter. But I guarantee with 90% accuracy that I'll have it done sometime late Sunday my time.

Thanks Fel, on your own good time is fine by me. You are the one giving us the good stuff, we can be the ones who are patient. Anyway Warcraft is just more grinding and it will be waiting for you whenever.

Just wondering if the author has mention what is next on his schedule. Is it simply more additions to the subjugation universe or will his other works get updated? I am happy either way, I was just curious.

You have asked this question a few times but i would say its obvious. Fel will usually tells us whenever he plans on writing something different. So until further notice, i think its safe to say he will continue with Conviction.

How's chapter 8 shaping up? I want to read about some epic space battles.

I bet the Benja will be suprised by the diffuser or even just how strong the local version is in comparison to their own. Sure they will have alternative weapon systems, but before the diffuser it was the premier weapon. Torsion weaponry made fighter space battle viable, so I forget if an another weapon system was adapted that was equally effective.
