Much oops! Sorry -- misunderstood what the email link to Spec was about. Was just aiming to get a reply from someone in the higher-ups, and that was only addy I saw. More or less hoping to keep this OUT of the forum here in case it was inappropriate. So much for THAT idea.

If it's on Youtube, Google Video, or a similar thing -- go ahead and link to it. Linking to, or attaching files from peer to peer networks of a questionable nature is out (USA DMCA laws, and all that)
