Taur'enth@OrdoTerok, though I should mention that I am head of the crafting division for Pax Infinitus. If you guys can't get a fleet going, Pax Infinitus does have a small but growing core of players not located in the USA for those interested in joining. Again, this offer is if you can't seem to get a fleet going.
