Officaly it's called "The Jason Wander Series" and it's now up to 5 books

i thought it was a very good book ....

Book 2 in that series is "Orphan's Destiny"
Book 3 is "Orphan’s Journey"
I've also read books 2 and 3 they were great as well
I've not yet read the rest yet

Book 4 is "Orphan’s Alliance"
Book 5 is "Orphan’s Triumph’s"

Yeah, Just finished it minutes ago. Great story. Too bad it's probably over. I think First Lord's Fury is the final book planned.

Wizards of the Coast decided to publish first part of Erevis Cale trilogy in pdf format. What makes this book( and its followers) different from "normal" Forgotten Realms novel is its darker tone. There are no goody-two-shoes in this book, heroes included ;) You can read the prologue and d/l the book here: http://www.wizards.com/DnD/Article.aspx ... d/20090309

The author Paul S. Kemp also has some of his short stories for free read in his homepage:

There have been a couple of HP fics mentioned on this thread already, but I simply have to recommend this one:

Harry Potter and the Wastelands of Time by Joe6991

http://www.fanfiction.net/s/4068153/

This story is freckin' awesome! Prepare yourself for extreme epic-ness on the scale of Fel himself

for those of you who like to read stories on fanfiction.net, finctionpress.com, and a few others, but wish you could take them to read on the train, i recommend the fanfiction downloaded ; http://www.home-eisele.de/downloader_e.php - simply point it to a book with a few chapters, and it'll grab them all into a folder for you.

edit: note above, that previously linked isn't finished yet, so don't start reading unless you want to be left hanging ....

I searched the forums and did not see this web site mentioned: Free online Novels http://www.free-online-novels.com/index.html. The site is a collection of links to online novels. It has a Fantasy and Science Fiction category but it is sadly lacking links to Fel's works. I have not had a chance to try out any of the books yet.

Simply the best tool ever! I often try and download from fanfiction.net but never have any patience to do so. Hard to read on the bus otherwise, but this gives me basically everythign that I want. thanks for posting this! :)

Anyone posting links to pirate e-book sites, or directly sharing links to the books will be banned.

One DMCA notice is all it takes to get the server shut down, and it'd happen with zero notice. Do it elsewhere.

one fantasy story that looks promising:
school for adventurers: http://www.schoolforadventurers.com/index.html

I also found 3 sites with links to online stories/novels that I didn't see mentioned in this thread before and decided to share here for the other people that like me are always looking for something new to read:
