Fel please clearify a point

I`m hoping you can clear something up for me Fel. When Tarrin and Dolanda draw power from the Weave through Tarrin`s sword .Is Dolanda frawing power from the sword or is she drawing power from Tarrin? What I`m trying to find out is while Tarrin is injured and can not hold power within himself can Dolanda draw and store power from the sword without Tarrin stand between her and the sword (so to speak)

I kind of wondered that myself.

She is drawing through the sword.  Think of the sword as a capillary strand or one of the other very small strands in Sennadar.  When Tarrin is hurt, the strand gets smaller, but she can still draw from it.  When Tarrin is healed, the sword's drawing ability is better.
