lol AEP has been having some problems lately with its service. Here in Ohio we just recently had a huge wind storm(winds 80+ mph=catagory 1 hurricane). I'm sure most have heard about it. But that wind storm left 2 million across Ohio without power, in some cases people went as long as 8 days without...

You tricked me Fel I didn't even realize you put chapter 21 out and I've already read chapter 22... now that I know I missed a chapter some of the things in 22 certainly make more sense thats for sure.
